We Provides phone and in-person support to users in problem solving activities using
information center tools. May also include support in the areas of e-mail, directories,
standard Web apps developed under this task or predecessors.
Our Core knowledge staffs / Support Engineers are having relevant experience Demonstrated
ability to communicate orally and in writing and a positive customer service attitude.
